COREX is Vaporesso’s proprietary mesh coil heating technology. It uses a dense hive-mesh structure combined with nano-microfiber cotton to spread heat evenly across the coil surface. This results in richer, more accurate flavour and faster coil priming compared to standard wicking materials.

The latest generation, COREX 3.0, is used across current-generation pods and appears throughout our Pods and Pen Style Vapes categories.

SSS (Triple-S) is Vaporesso’s leak-resistant pod design, combining tightly sealed pod components, pressure-regulating airflow, and absorbent cotton construction. Together, these reduce the chance of e-liquid leaking during everyday carry, travel, or storage on its side.

Most current Vaporesso pods use SSS 2.0, an upgraded double-sealed version of the technology.

AXON is the chipset that powers firing speed, wattage stability, and safety protections across Vaporesso Pod Mods and Tank Mods. It handles short-circuit protection, overheat protection, and low-voltage cutoff automatically, so higher-power devices remain safe without manual configuration.

It depends on how you vape. Pods and Pen Style Vapes suit beginners and mouth-to-lung vapers who want a simple, cigarette-like draw. Pod Mods suit vapers who want adjustable wattage without moving to a full tank setup. Tank Mods suit experienced, direct-lung vapers chasing maximum vapor and flavour.

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, contact us at sales@officialvaporesso.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please include your order number, a description of what you received, and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. We will review your case and, where we have made a fulfilment error, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.

If your device arrives visibly damaged, or a battery, coil, or pod appears faulty out of the box, contact us at sales@officialvaporesso.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a clear description of the fault, and photographs of the item and the packaging it arrived in. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a fair resolution.

Please retain all original packaging when reporting transit damage, as this documentation may be required in the assessment process.

All current Vaporesso devices charge via USB-C. Most Pods and Pen Style Vapes support fast charging, reaching a significant charge in around ten minutes. Pod Mods and Tank Mods that use swappable 18650 or 21700 batteries can also be charged externally with a compatible battery charger, sold separately.

Avoid leaving devices on charge unattended for extended periods beyond a full charge, and always use the supplied or a compatible USB-C cable.

Most Vaporesso pods and coils last one to three weeks under normal daily use, depending on resistance, wattage, and e-liquid type. A burnt taste, reduced flavour, or noticeably weaker vapor production are all signs it’s time for a replacement.

Priming a new pod before use — letting it sit for roughly a minute after filling — helps the coil saturate fully and prevents dry hits.

Store your device upright at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and extreme heat or cold. Do not leave it in a hot car for extended periods, as excessive heat can affect e-liquid quality and battery performance. Keep the mouthpiece and charging port clean and free from debris when not in use.

Leaking is uncommon thanks to SSS leak-resistant technology, but it can happen if a pod is overfilled past the fill line, seated incorrectly, or used while damaged. Check that the pod clicks fully into place and that e-liquid hasn’t been filled above the marked line.

If leaking continues after reseating the pod correctly, replace it — a persistent leak usually indicates a worn seal.
